One of my favorite parts of traveling is getting the chance to sample local food and specialities. And boy do they know how to make an irresistible and decadent dessert in Europe. So much so, I just had to share some with you:

• Tarte Tropézienne and berries with cream in Saint-Tropez at @leclub55official

• The Very Thin Apple Pie in Paris at @lepetitlutetia.paris 

• The famous mille-feuille at @theconnaught in Mayfair, London

• The famous vanilla meringue cake at @casaciprianimilano

• The famous Flan Pâtissier Maison (homemade custard flan) at the iconic Sénéquier in Saint-Tropez, along with sorbet and Tropézienne @senequier_sainttropez 

• The frozen yogurt and mini doughnuts at @gaia__mc in Monaco. Make sure to add cinnamon to the yogurt, and you’re welcome.

• The red berry pavlova at @legrandcafe.paris

• The tiramisu at @darossanaeze  and we have no idea what the other dessert was called, but it was insane and a must if you’re in Èze. 

• Simple vanilla gelato and espresso from @loulourestaurants in my favorite hiding place in France. You’ll find out about it eventually if you don’t already know so there’s no point in gate keeping… Cap-Martin 

• The very best strawberry shortcake at @hotelducapedenroc  that’s no longer on the menu. Let’s hope they bring it back.

• At my chemist’s wedding this past summer we had the best croquembouche ever

• For my birthday we had an amazing berry birthday cake from @ritzparis

• Don’t leave Paris without trying the infamous cheesecake with crème fraîche ice cream from Hotel Costes Paris

• Galettes (buckwheat crêpes) in Paris - I can’t remember where but try Little Breizh and La Crêperie de Josselin in the Montparnasse district.

• Tiramisu at La Guérite in Cannes @la_guerite 

• Berry cake from the beautiful buffet at @belmondhotelcipriani in Venice

• Last but not least, Ritz au Caramel Lait at @ritzparis.
